Mr. Khan operates as a seasoned Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) and corporate consultant with 25 years of experience handling corporate tax structures in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
As Proprietor and CEO of Khan Associates, his primary experience involves direct management of regulatory portfolios, complex administrative tax disputes, and strategic financial restructuring for small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs).
He has a long affiliation with the National Board of Revenue (NBR), tax circles and appellate tribunals.
Holding the elite status of a GDM within the BAA indicates that his core practice is rooted heavily in financial forensic knowledge, accounting precision and policy advocacy alongside senior academic and financial executives in Bangladesh.
He has decades of experience liaising with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) to execute complex corporate entity incorporations.
He also represents trading entities, manufacturing units and family-owned conglomerates through changes in Bangladesh's Finance Acts and the evolving digital VAT ecosystem.
